Scholarship
The Gamma
Lambda Chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity will present up to three
S.L.A.G. Scholarships* to the freshmen men who most closely embody one or more of
the qualities found in PIKE’s motto: S.L.A.G.
(Scholar, Leader, Athlete, and Gentleman).
After an
online application, brief interview, and finalists’ dinner, a committee of
diverse and qualified PIKE brothers will select the winners of these $500
scholarships.
Criteria:
Scholarship: Achieves
success in academics
Leadership: Displays passion,
drive, and leadership in all areas of college life
Athleticism: Athletically
inclined and has enthusiasm for competition
Gentleman: Has social
intelligence, personal responsibility, and steadfast integrity
Timeline:
1. Online application deadline-
Friday, November 9th
2. Interviews- November 12th -14th
3. Finalists’ dinner- Tuesday, November 27th
