On Tuesday, February 3, Lehigh will be participating in the Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL), an international research survey that focuses on leadership capacities. *Please note that February 3 is a date change from the original MSL launch dates.
This survey is being sent to ALL undergraduate students, and we need YOUR help to complete this survey – your feedback will assist in the progress of leadership programs and services across campus, so please take approximately 20 minutes of your time to fill out the MSL.
The MSL goes live on Tuesday, February 3 and closes on Wednesday, February 25! The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. As a thank you, one out of every 15 people to complete the MSL will receive an incentive (such as an iPad mini, gift cards, or game tickets), just for completing the MSL! GET EXCITED, AND FILL OUT THE MSL!

How to Participate:
On Monday, February 2, you will receive an email with an overview and instructions about the MSL. The email will show from: Christine Gravelle, Office of Student Leadership Development. The subject line will state Lehigh University Student Survey.
On Tuesday, February 3, you will receive another email with a link just for you! Please note the only way to complete the MSL is to utilize the personalized link you receive in your email!
Incentive Details:
Participation is easy and just by completing the survey you have a 1 in 15 chance to receive a gift card that ranges from $20-$100, game tickets, travel vouchers, or an iPad mini.
Specifically, for those participants who complete the survey the Office of Student Leadership Development at Lehigh will give the following:
- 100 $20 gift cards
- 10 $50 gift cards
- 4 $100 gift cards
- 2 $100 game tickets
- 1 $200 travel voucher
- 1 $200 iPad mini
In addition, for completing the survey, you will be automatically eligible for additional incentives sponsored through the MSL including drawings for gift cards, specifically two cards at $500 each, 10 cards at $250, and 15 cards at $100. These incentives are for all MSLparticipants nationwide.
