A Brotherhood Recruitment Officer (B.R.O.) is
an upper-class, Greek affiliated man who is an ultimate resource for fraternity
life at Lehigh University. Officers are trained with information on all Interfraternity Council
organizations as well as the Multicultural Greek and Panhellenic Councils. A B.R.O.
is proud of his
membership but understands that there is a fraternity for every man who is
interested in affiliating. He offers support and guidance to Potential New
Members through the recruitment and decision making process. Officers
are there to answer
questions about fraternity membership and life at Lehigh.
